This course has a total of 16 short lessons, each about an hour in length, made up of reading assignments, videos, and reflection exercises. By the time you complete this course, you will have the tools and insights you need to express your anger in ways that are healthier and more helpful to you, as well as your family and co-workers.

After each lesson, you will take a short quiz. You must score at least an 80 on each test before you can proceed to the next lesson. When you finish reading all the lessons and passing all the tests with a grade of at least SO. you will receive a certificate of completion to present to your probation officer or to the court.
