Everybody gets angered. Whether we know it or not, every decision we make can have an impact on our personal level of anger. It is a natural reaction, and still most people view anger as a bad thing.

Good anger can be defined as anger that is beneficial and motivates you to work hard in order to get something done.

Bad anger is just the opposite of that; bad anger is anger that can make you feel overwhelmed or anxious and can even cause health issues.
